Rested camera on bridge, shooting towards setting sun. Minor color correction in PSE.

This picture is a little flat I think you could improve this picture a lot by puting more contrast in it or play with levels and color balance I think the empty grey bottom is unnecasary to get the vanishing point here I think it just takes up to much space in your picture look like 50% or so, anyway hope it helped Good luck

I'm sure this would have looked much better if you'd moved to the side to show the railing vanishing, rather than the rail on top.

I find there is too much blurry, bland foreground for this to be a successful photo.
