I feel it could have been abit more alive seems dull in away not enough light could have done with a longer exposure i feel still good attempt
I don't want to sound arrogant but maybe what you described in your comment was exactly what the photographer was going for. Check the exposure time, plenty of time to capture all highlights and even blow them out so when I dropped the tones down they still appeared relatively bright.
An apt title - the picture certainly portrays the Metropolis - cold, dark, ominous. Master stroke that the pictures color temperature is cool rather than warm. Nicely done. Would probably stand out even more if the buildings were cropped close, rather than the typical skyline composition now?
