Really nice night scene. Very crisp. Like the B&W treatment, nice tones. My only critique is that I think I would have moved over just a few feet of the right bollard to balance out the two bollards in the frame. Otherwise, nice night scene.

Good conversion to Black & White, and nice starry lights and smooth water. Bonus for including a semi-interesting foreground, but the abrupt edge on the bottom left is distracting. A minor crop or a minor change in composition would easily solve it though.
