Taken hand held under the kitchen fluorescent lights. An attempt to create something similar to "Sticky sticky honey". Advice on appropriate lighting would be much appreciated (preferably something that doesnt involve buying additional kit)

I HAD IT EVERYWHERE but tried to keep it away from MY CAMERA and LENSES...
I think I remembered I did that, but otherwise it was everywhere else.....
