Picture was slightly cropped; adjusted contrast and levels a bit; used noise filter to remove dust / scratches; used unsharp mask at Amt 127%,radius 0.3, Threshold 1; resized.

I'm not really seeing converging parallels in this shot. The light beam doesn't appear to be converging at a vanishing point so much as just disappearing into the clouds which is not the same thing.
