Wow....... After about 2305713427104185 edits this is the one I have chosen.
Got a lot of help from some wonderful people!
Only thing I did not like about this shot as many will probably comment on is the fact that the pitchfork is not fully in the frame. I messed up on that but I think other than that I did a pretty dang good job!

I'd prefer to see the lighting a bit softer on his face and maybe a little more controlled so it doesn't highlight his ear so much. A different crop (more room above his head and more on the right to include the whole pitchfork) would have helped the composition. Still, a great idea!
I like the play on the devil here with the 666 and the pitch fork. The lighting and muted color has an older cinematic look and feel to it. The fact that he's not looking directly at the camera reinforces that effect.
The stripes certainly meet the challenge. My only nit pick would be that there was room on the left of the frame to slightly shift the composition to get all of the pitch fork in the frame and still not feel crowded. Well done... 8
Looks like a lot of work went into this one, But did he dig his way out with a pitch fork? And that Reg number... "666" 24/7? Is that like "Satan 4-Eva"
