 The "girl" is a mannequin in the local wig shop. The motorcycle is actually a reflection in the window. The overlay is a road map of Southern California.

I like how the prominent colored objects lead my eyes up the diagonal to end up at the Mt. Wilson Observatory (I used to live and work there :-). Intriguing combination!
