 I take care of my son and my grandson, my son suffered a brain injury in a car crash 6 years ago. and my grandson is 7 years old.
I have a full time job.My husband works construction and supports us.

For this challenge I'd have cropped in tighter, in a portrait view, more isolating your two subjects. I don't think all the other stuff adds that much -- maybe if it was messy and meant more work for you...

I used to take care of a quadriplegic friend. Good, honest, helpful work.
