There are several old houses on the beach at Crystal Cove that now belong to the state. Some have been refurbished and are rented out. This one will be redone in the next phase.

Spectacular.......I hear the ocean waves below....and this is the ONLY abandonned building I would enter (literally!) in this challenge......looks like a fun place to hide and "make-out"..... 10
I would say your white balance is off here. The color is just too warm. You may have intended it to be that way in post to create complimentary colors with the orange/blue. But to my eye it just looks off.
