Seems like a stock photo shot in good light. However, the HDR conversion? seems a little off - the leaves and the grass feel fake for some reason. Also, not having a strong subject makes it feel too generic.
Has a warmth of summer feel - nice breeze, touch of humidity, too. There's a sort of pebbled look to the foreground and trees that may not appeal to some, but it gives it a different feel and contrasts against the very smooth sky - interesting!
