well ovned 2 pizza-restaurant once,,, "pizza 67" was the name,,, extremely good pizza,, and here is the recipe, but it has been big secret for many, many,many, many any, ny, y, years;;;
4,5 kilo flour
60 grams sukker
40 gram salt
10 gram yeast
1,75 ltr water
0,7 dl sunfloweroil
0,5 dl beer ( not guinnes ,,hehehe)
ok ok,,,, cool down,,,,,
all liquit first on bowl
then flower and dry stuff,,,,, mix it for about 10-14 min,,
then put it in bag and wait for 20 minutes,, then cut down for pizza,,,,, fx 16" is 600 gram,,, 12 is 340 grams, , 9" is 220 grams,,,,
then flatten out and pizzasause is put on,,,, but if you want the recipe to the sause,,,,,,!! i need pm,,,, still secret !!!!!!! sorry,,,,,,, |
