A very graphic representation of the tools of the trade. I am glad that you chose B&W over color. Hues can be overpowering often. The tones give an well felt clinical human edge.The highlight on the steth is a tad bright for my taste. I particularly like how you worked the instrument curves into the image. The white pills and the ear bits really pull the image composition together for me. A bold story well said. 8...bullwinkle
As I suspected, old folk do pills, mainline smack, and listen at doors.
The syringe points out of frame, it needs something to stop the eye going with it, maybe putting it behind something.
