Good composition but muddy flat lighting on face and not enough detail in shadows of hair. Needs some catch lights in the eyes. Background not "out of focus" enough especially since it is so wrinkled. Subject too close to background putting shadows (that end of looking like hair) from the hair onto the background.

Somehow she looks too young for the make-up. Her expression is fitting. Nice idea.
