I just stumbled onto this website within the last week and got interested in the challenges. I took this photo this past weekend at the LA Zoo, saw the sleeping koalas balancing on the branches and that it would be a good opportunity to start submitting. I just cropped it, bumped up the clarity and contrast, and muted the green a bit in Lightroom and Photoshop.

Good composition with subject NOT dead centered. I'd still crop a little at right... just seems to be too much tree. Background a little distracting with hot spots but good lighting on subject.
