 Single shot, no overlay. Larger head at beginning of exposure with flash then moved back a metre into modeling light against the wall for last 2 secs, hence the oof.

I am really pleased for you, I have been trying sometime to open mine but with little success, I reckon i will have to stay ignorant for a while longer, seriously though nice shot and effect.
