Challenge: In The Style Of: bspurgeon (Advanced Editing VII) Camera: Canon EOS-5D Mark II Lens: Canon EF 24-105mm f/4.0 L IS Location: Llandudno Date: Jul 9, 2011 Aperture: f/22 ISO: 100 Shutter: 3.2 Galleries: Landscape, Black and White Date Uploaded: Jul 14, 2011 Add photograph to your favorites Add photographer to your favorites	I wanted a longer exposure, but don't have an ND filter and the night was bright. All of Bens ingredients, but still not a Ben image - probably because I'm not too fond of his style (he has some great images, though) and it wasn't made for the challenge - to be honest, if the challenge hadn't been on I had deleted it right away. Thanks for your votes, anyway.

Simply beautiful. Processing is spot on. The blurred seagulls. Composition is great... there's a beach and water... wonderful image for the challenge.

Love it and the infinite number of literal and figurative layers.

Extremely pleasant shot with a life of its own. A slight extraterrestrial, could be the planet of the gulls. Has all Ben's elements but photographed in a totally different manner.I like it very much.

nice catch indeed :). I would perhaps crop some of the foreground, it is a bit too busy

Love the sky -- the light is so dramatic. Is that a sunset? I like contrast of the dark pier against the white water.

I love the layers in this -- sky to earth. The ghostly sea birds add life. Nice conversion.

Now this is awesome, you have a pier, which Ben has in a few photos, and the blurred birds, could be a potential winner.
