Yes, this is fantastic scene. I rarely shoot architecture except when there are shapes and tones in which I can bathe indulgently, without remorse; thank you for sharing your bath! 8
There's an interesting dichotomy here. On one hand, it's a beautifully complex modern structure, framed to show that off to maximum effect. On the other, the monochrome shows us how weathered it is. If it weren't for the stunning architecture, we might guess that these were the walls of an industrial or abandoned structure.
Great textures and shapes and I like the light on the right middle column. I am no expert on Ben's body of work so no comment as to how it fits his style. I do find some of the whites lack texture which might hurt your score but the interesting shape of the building and the angle you composed the shot from should make up for most of the points you could potentially lose for that. You had a difficult exposure challenge to overcome with the dark skies and the white tiles. I hope you do well.
