 This paper wasp let me shoot one shot and only one shot.
The day was heavily overcast but bright, resulting in what almost looks like studio lighting, but this was outside.
The shot was taken using my new Tamron 90mm 1:1 macro lens on my trusty old 350 XT body.

Post processing: Crop, levels, resized, sharpened and noise reduction.

I really like the composition and the colors here, and your exposure is right on. The plane of focus is just not quite where it needs to be, though.
