This isn't at all the shot/place I had in mind when this challenge came up. There is this Deli in Madison that is all Carnival themed which I figured would have been really cool. Unfortunately, being 40 minutes from home, I only got one chance to photograph it and it didn't turn out like I hoped. I'm sure if I returned at night with all of the cool lighting that I could get something interesting, but any other time just isn't as exciting.
So, technically this isn't a real restaurant. Instead it's one of the cafeteria areas at my place of work. But I still find the attention to detail and the coolness factor very high, so let's see how it does.

A vibrant paring down of the essentials, my only knock is the inclusion of the white wall on the left, which pulls the eye off the page, and adds nothing.
Nicely done! Very festive and colorful. I had something very similar in mind but didn't get the time to try shooting it. Love the textured pattern showing in that seat...
