What's intriguing about this is the feeling that there are people in it -- lurking in the corners, behind buildings. I can almost see them in my peripheral vision, but they disappear as my eyes dart around the image.

Staring at this a while, I like the primary colors, the shapes, the overgrown but under-watered summer feel. I like the portrait framing, the way it almost seems like you are walking down the path towards the tennis courts. Perhaps there is no "wow factor" enough to carry you remotely into the top 50, but rest assured this is a good shot and I am glad you entered it.
