Yup. As part of a Human/City/Commercial Interest story and the BW film grain of pre-digital era is likely to have been used. A touch OE though. The shop owner framed in the bottom left leaving my eye to wander through the rest of the scene draws me in. A good chance this would have been published.
I feel you've sold yourself short here by going B&W, most bazaars like this teem with colour which you could probably have saturated a bit more and had a much more stand out image. Granted, you may see this in a NG but for DPC consumption I feel colour would have been better.
