Nice! Engaging eyes and an irresistible, almost concealed smile. Good lighting, colors and sharp focus on her - but not too blurry bg, so that you can also read the wall writings, which kind of relates with the t-shirt. Very good composition overall.
The lighting is good. I almost wish for either a more shallow or more deep depht of field, to either create a complete urban look, or just a very colorful background. The cropping is a bit off to me though. Wish you would've included her arms.
