Nothing in this shot says tripod to me. The water is choppy and not smooth and the clouds appear stationary as well. If this was done on a tripod, it could have been done handheld as well.
Cool view. I like how this is framed so that we feel in the middle of the photo.
Obvious tripod use: Very low. I only see very very slight blurring in the water. With a nice long exposure the water could have had a milky smooth feel that would have indicated the need for a tripod much better.
