Obvious use of a tripod, or any other long-term stabilization tool (1-10 *is not the score of the shot though*): 10
I'm going to take a stab at this and say an IR filter was used? The tree is displaying "frosted" leaves. IR definitely needs a tripod.

Aliens do exist! This is proof! :) I really appreciate the creativity.

Obvious tripod use: Medium-low. I can see movement in the clouds/fog, but I'm really not seeing enough to make the tripod requirement obvious.
