 Adjusted in PSE9, resize, usm,levels, shadows/highlights, cloned out some spots of dust. Ran through HDR Darkroom and tone mapped it then removed saturation.

I don't know if this is a genuine title but I found it whilst search on the interweb, however I could not find the artist.
