These are probably minatures but we don't have Hersheys here and there is nothing in the photo that shows them to be miniture. Sorry.

The random balance of the subject works well. I think the lighting highlights the image a bit unevenly. Maybe another light from the bottom right could add a bit more life to the image as it is a little "flat". A liitle sharpening would add some more life to it also.
