 Delray Beach is a city known for its high rate of recovering addicts. There are several rehabilitation facilities and numerous halfway and sober houses. Two Starbucks are prime hangouts for those avoiding the bars.

Well..my eye went directly to the girl with the phone to her ear.. However, about one billionth of a second later by eye moved to another spot.
