"Capture objects in the air." is the challenge description... Use a fast shutter speed to capture the motion... but... the balloons are tethered... so not sure... not sure... Not sure how to vote this so will be back later.
I think it's a great image but the softness/focus spoils it for me, it looks like it was perhaps cropped from the side of a super wide angle? Perhaps though it's a limitation of the camera used. Whatever the case the framing is still good, as was your eye when taking this shot.
Might be controversial but the balloons are tied to the head. Although they are suspended you probably did not use a fast shutterspeed. For that reason it DNMC but true to myself I'd rather not vote
