I bet the person in this shot is a love-it or hate-it type of thing. Personally, I don't really care for it. Seems to take attention away from the real subject.
I'm not entirely sure what you were going for here. An interesting "market" to be sure - definitely a different use for a Blazer. Slice of life kinda thing? It just feels a bit awkward to me. Maybe you needed just a split second more of the gent approaching on the left?
