I took this picture at a track meet this morning. The vaulter didn't make it over the bar, so he's flailing. I had lots of fun at the meet trying to capture action shots, and I love this one

"Capture objects in the air." is the challenge description... I don't consider humans as objects... soo... Not sure how to vote this so will be back later.
Your idea is good, and the composition is right. however, I find the sky to be very washed out, making the entire picture seem blah. Also, the cropping didn't work well because you cut part of the arm off the person.
