Great macro. Could be a bit darker though. My monitor should be calibrated properly yet the black seems a little more grey than black making it look washed out. Still better than what I entered though.
nice job getting really close. a little more contrast would make it really pop. it's too bad there is purple fringing. one of the unfortunate things about many digial cameras.
Great image. I am fascinated why the square image and centered subject work. I think it might have to do with the eye discounting or deducting the white space. The remaining image then has a different balance and subject placement. Whatever the reason, this is a nice image, well captured. Reminds me of Godzilla vs Mothra.
