This image seems dark to me. I think you could've used sharper focus, and could've used a more shallow depth of field to blur out the background and create a more impacting image.
Several things here don't work for me. The even number of items, there is little detail in the lighting (flat lighting), and I think some water would help to give it some character and highlights.
