Hmm. I like the unfocused flowers in the middle, but the bit of fence on the left and the stuff above the fence up top distract me.

Are the specks the flowers? Or the stuff floating in the air?
I don't find the specks a good subject... and wish something else were in focus. (not voting)

This is too weird not to like. And totally beyond critique, because it's hard to believe you were going after something and missed by such a wide margin that you got this instead. A unique vision, then. A winner.
