Great shot Brian. You've got these macro shots down.

I would have LOVED to see this without the border.

Very nice detail and colors, not crazy about the border though. I think an image this good stands out by itself.

bright and colorful...not sure about the border

Love the quality of this image.

A really nice shot all around. No nitpicks there. Only the frame ;) It seems too heavy for a shot like this.

Fantastic photo. I'm not keen on the border(and I'm sure you'll hear that sentiment repeated) but I am scoring you on the image.

Nice macro. Would fit really good in a bug-challenge, but I doesn't make me feel like the flower is the main subject here. 7

That border--yikes! I bet you're getting a lot of comments on it : ) It's much too heavy, dark, brooding, urban, etc to go with that picture!

I really love this image but would love it even more without the black framing jmho...

the border doesn't do much for me... but i like the picture itself.

Escellent capture but I HATE the distracting border.

Oooo, I'm intrigued by this picture! I also really like the frame!

Love the image, the border is a bit too much IMO.

Probably would have scored it higher had it not been for the border.

Wow. Ribbon on this one for sure!

Terrific bee capture! Perfect composition and we can see enough of the flower to count it as a flower photo! Really great one - one of my favorites this challenge.

Back to comment... I think this may be more about the bee than the flower, but it's still gorgeous! 8

Spirea? Mine doesn't even have leaves yet! An excellent macro.
