Your cropping doesn't work for me. It seems like you have chopped off some of what I need to see at the top -- or more obviously you should have cropped all of that clutter right out. Also, I wish the flowers were in focus.
I really like how colorful this picture is. The thing that bothers me is that you've got straight lines colors, and they're tilted making it awkward. Also, a lower angle or different composition to include some of the elements in the background more professionaly, like the John Deer, etc would've helped a lot.
I think there is a missed opportunity here to get a more creative shot with all these flowers. Lots of color, the tractor is a little out of place in the image.
