It's okay, but the composition doesn't really jump out and say wow. Putting the head off to the side, or something might improve the interest. Nice green/blue combination though, the colors are good.

I don't get it. What is this picture supposed to be of? The back of this guy's head isn't very interesting, and his shirt is only barely blue, not eye catching at all.
