erie, but it works. i think the composition would work better if you allowed more negative space above the moon and to the right of the people

The warmish tones seem to dominate this picture too much though... remember the challenge is BLUE not MOON...

I would have liked the photgraph better if it had been cropped more at the bottom, just showing the upper part of the building and the moon.
