 Instead of using big aperture to get shallow dof I purposely made the blur by panning for this challenge...just try out something different, but after reading the threads of Bokeh VI I'm confused and not so sure whether my submission is qualified.

this seems more panning than bokeh. it's cool. but it's not really bokeh. ok. i'm not trying to be rude. ok.
