Excellent shot! I love the idea and the title. Nice way to highlight the subject. The vivid color against the mono is really striking. GREAT work on the reflection of the car in the pavement! That's incredible. I had voted this a 9, but on reviewing it, I say 10. This is a winner.

I like the tonal range in the black and white and it has interesting elements composed well too. The selective desat is effective and the blue stands out very nicely against the black and white. I like the blue reflection on the cobblestones too. Good shot!
