I would have given this a higher score (gave it a 6) if it was brighter. but i think that the subject is nice and the general idea for editing was great.
Nicely caught! I feel that this is more of a historic image than an artistic one. The tilt is driving me nuts, and I find the lighting a tad dull, lacking contrast. These are probably all intentional editing choices, but there you have it :-)
