 13th April - Well, 7th it's ok ^_^

Before the challenge I hadn't thought about the difference between chips and fries (even if I know very well the difference). I read potato chips and my mind went to some fries 'flying' towards a pan.

I know, there was water in the pan, but the yellow of the potatoes oil is visible in the drops, even if I knew that it could be not noticed.

I could do something more to improve this shot...

::Sigh:: They never look like this when I'm cooking them. I love the uniform spatter of drops in and out of focus.
