This shot was taken, just after take off. The bird being two stories off the ground. His downward angle, helped create the head on view. Image was cropped and black level slightly raised with sharpening. This was on an overcast day. So I exposed for the bird and let the background go white. Simple, but I do love the Interesting wings and angle. Hopefully others will agree.

Excellent shot! Love the ruffles in the feathers on the top of the wings. Love the subtlety of the purple on the face and neck. Beautifully done! (not voting, just looking)
