Excellent idea and well executed. It is very crisp and has tack-sharp focus throughout. Black background is perfect. My only suggestion is that I think it would work better with a single trap.
Very nice idea and execution. Photo angle, lighting and crop are all excellent. I would probably have opted for just one mousetrap and a bit tighter crop (or just make use of the resulting negative space). Nice creative response to the challenge!
Certainly a quirky and interesting composition for such an everyday object, which I think is exactly what the challenge asked for. I dont know if it's a mixture of my eyes, the lighting or what but the focus seems slightly off on the traps. Overall it's a good creative shot.
