Cool idea, but needs more depth of field to keep the whole thing in focus. Also need more ambient (vs. direct) light to avoid the highlights at the top of the image.
A very nice idea, I like the bottom 1/3 with the folds of cheese, but the top half is blown out from the light off the metal. We also see a reflection of skin tone on the bottom left. Try softer light, and maybe a longer exposure to get rid of the reflections. Or just crop the top 2/3 of the picture out, the bottom of the image is so sharp.
