Post Challenge: I'm excited!! Two ribbons this year - my ONLY two ribbons ever!
Thanks all for the awesome comments. I was happy about my score all week but didn't have a feeling I'd really get into the top 3 - and yet I did. Yay!!

Hey David. I scored this image an 8 and it is one of my top 5 picks for the challenge. While it is not a pure librodo shot I felt you caught some key elements. Great colors without being too saturated. Nice angle with the scarf coming across her face and a good match between the scarf colors and her eyeshadows. Other aspects I liked is the square crop (use as much space as is allowed), a pleasing edit on her face without going overboard (love that the skin tones are soft but not removed) and i like that you have caught good white space around her pupil. Couple of things I may have tweaked - one is her pupils. A bit of dodging and sharpening to bring out the pupil patterns would have been nice. Not too crazy but enough to be able to see them better. I probably would have cloned out the nose ring. No issues with nose rings, but because this one is in the shadows it just looks like this bright spot. Woudl I mistake this for a librodo shot? No. But i feel you caught significant aspects of his style well and ended up with a very pleasing image. I am very curious as to how this one is scoring.
translated, i guess. Nakikita ka means you are seen, which makes a very weak title. The stronger title would have been "I can see you" which translates to Nakikita kita.
Nice colors, good details and contrast. Beautiful shot.
