crop, resize, lighten shadow detail, auto contrast, vivid light (layer adjustment), clone out some stray bird poop, unsharp mask, reduce noise, save for web.
was going to clone out more of the bird 'duties', but decided they added to the gritty urbanness of it all.

i kinda regret reducing the 'noise' to 'minimize' the details. thought it looked good at the time. i should have left it dirty and gritty like it is. but i still like the shot.
