I took a blue water bottle, filled it halfway with water, stuck a floodlight bulb in one of those flexible lamps, turned it so the light was going towards the ceiling, held the water bottle over the light, stuck the lens of the camera in the bottle, and shook the bottle and snapped photos for a while. I played around with different DOFs and focusing spots. Then, I picked the one I liked the most. This is straight out of camera, no editing deemed necessary, nor desirable.
