 Part of my life is feeding people on the streets of Los Angeles. This picture was taken during preparation of a twice-weekly breakfast. We make about 20 gallons of coffee each time.

I take it that you are pouring the instant coffee into a steaming cup of water...the coffee by itself just isn't all that interesting...IMO more visual of the cup would make a marked difference
