The narrow depth of field pops your subject off the background, but the resulting loss of clarity in the bill hurts a bit. I can make out the ridges in the bill that act to filter krill, but they are just slightly out of focus. nice color contrast and framing.

Great colours but needs more DOF I think to get all of the beak/head in focus.
