 No, not layered. This is pretty much straight from the camera (except for crop) and b&w conversion.

So sweet! The whole composition of this shot and with the backlighting is just impressive. B&W fits it great. The limb that looks like an arm, and the other over the top frame them nicely, and the angles in the limbs work great with the rectangle of light in the BG.

Like a dark scene from a psycho thriller play, the hand like branches and the dreamy backscape and the birds are symbolic of something to come ? Like it ;)

I like the light and dark and how it appears there are arms and hands moving through it. This is nice.
